Coach Kevins Philosophy:

I believe in the fundamentals of the game and what the game and can teach young athletes about life.  The field is a safe place for players to come and learn about the game we love so much.  To create that environment, I set reasonable expectations like: I expect players to be prepared and on time, train hard, listen to instruction, improve outside of training on your own and bring a positive attitude.  My trainings can be very intense and demand a lot of mental and physical exertion, but if you follow the plan, you will be rewarded come game day.  I am very approachable and willing to listen to all players that have reasonable concerns or comments but let's have that discussion in a polite manner and not immediately following a game.
